Everything. The $120/day rate is the standard tier, in a 2025 BYD Song Plus, and includes a professional driver, 100km of fuel, onboard WiFi, and bottled water. There are no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, and no surprise charges at the end of the day. Note that the $120/day rate covers trips within Greater Accra. For destinations outside Accra such as Aburi, Akosombo, Boti Falls or Cape Coast, choose the Outside Accra Tour option, with fixed day-trip rates from $150.
Every booking includes a distance allowance: 30 km on an airport transfer, 50 km on a half day, and 100 km on a full day, with 100 km per day on a multi-day hire. Beyond that it is $0.50 per kilometre, and that rate is the same for everyone, published here rather than quoted at the kerb. Outside Accra tours are priced by destination, so there is no separate mileage charge on those at all.

We cover all of Greater Accra including Accra International Airport, East Legon, Osu, Cantonments, Airport Hills, Labone, Tema, and surrounding areas. We also do intercity routes to Cape Coast, Elmina, Ada Foah, and other destinations outside Accra.
Bookings are final. Cancellations, changes, reschedules and no-shows are not refundable, however far in advance they are made. We hold the vehicle and the driver against your date, so the cost to us is the same whether the trip runs or not. Please confirm your plans before you book. If we cancel or cannot perform the booking for any reason within our control, you get a full refund to the original payment method or a rebooking at no extra cost.
Most car rental companies in Accra charge separately for the driver, fuel, and extras, so the advertised price is never what you actually pay. With Transparent Rentals, $120/day is the full price. You also get a brand new 2025 vehicle, not an older model with high mileage.
